So, I have been doing Zumba in the privacy of my room since Tuesday morning. I decided to do it since I have gain so much weight after chowing on delicious food last Christmas and New Year. Since I don't have the money to enroll in a gym, I thought why not go on YouTube and seach for Zumba. Whalllla! There are a lot of Zumba videos that you can choose from. Of course I chose the hip-hop ones that will burn my fats more.
It has been four days and I feel like I have lost weight already. I will definitely continue doing Zumba on my own until I loose all this fat! I don't want to be a fatty in March, on my birthday, in Singapore! Hell no! hahaha..
I will buy me a weighing scale this weekend so that I will know my progress, and of course this blog will be my weight loss diary. Lol!!!
PS: If I continue to do this, I will be successful in attaining one of my resolutions for 2012! Aish! :)
